Because, while American defenders of Israel have continued to insist that they're all working towards a "two-state solution," Israel itself has been steadily annexing more and more territory for itself. So where are the borders of these two states going to be? Besides that concern, there's also the simple fact that even one ethnostate in this world is one too many; no matter how you slice the pie, there will still be people living within whatever borders comprise Two-State Israel who will either have to be deported or, should they stay, be second-class citizens because of their ethnicity and/or religious background.
