If a particular drag performance marginalizes anyone based on their gender, then the specific performance can be criticized without attacking the entire art form.
2) Drag, while quite commonly presented as a male or non-binary person dressing to impersonate a woman, is not specific to "men" performing as "women." It can be a person of any gender (or lack thereof) performing presentation of any gender that is not their own. Minstrel is about punching down. That is its purpose. While drag can be used that way, it rarely is. It's not usually about punching, at all.
