This isn't giving him a free hour on stage spouting lies at a campaign event — or even control of a show like The Apprentice. This is a legal proceeding, overseen by a judge, in which he will be speaking little (if hardly at all).

This is my concern as well. I agree there should be a video record, but I think it should be broadcast only after the trial is concluded.
