It is not the business of Government to interfere with the care that a person receives from their medical provider. Medical decisions should be made between an individual & their Doctor. There should not be a politician in the room weighing in on what care is being provided. To pass laws regulating healthcare that aren’t based on scientific knowledge, but based on religious belief, are not only cruel & discriminatory, but are also unconstitutional. The sooner these MAGA bigots are voted out of office, the better off our country will be.

These are people. Human beings, no matter their personal choices, just like the rest of us have. Don't

tag them, demean them, deny them the same privileges you have. Don't HATE because you're

told they're different. None are

the same.

The reason DeSantis and governors and state legislatures in other states are able to get away with these draconian measures is that the "just askin'" and "normie" crowd are only too happy to demonize trans folks. Those people need to be taken to task hard because they would never tolerate for themselves the restrictions being placed on other Americans. DeSantis is a demented fascist, but the "just askin'" and "normie" crowd are just as despicable because they hide their hatred and bigotry behind masks of cultural hegemony.

Certain RNs with the ability to prescribe (APRNS) issue prescriptions for things like anti-depressants all the time; Florida is listed as a state where this is allowed. Say a trans person suffers from depression. Would prescribing them an anti-depressant come under the prohibitions?

If so there would seem to be a major equal protection problem here.

In a party that seems to take increasing glee in how cruel it can be, DeSantis and his puppet, Christina Pushaw, have taken the lead in this never-ending race to the bottom.
