Certain RNs with the ability to prescribe (APRNS) issue prescriptions for things like anti-depressants all the time; Florida is listed as a state where this is allowed. Say a trans person suffers from depression. Would prescribing them an anti-depressant come under the prohibitions?
If so there would seem to be a major equal protection problem here.
