The voters have a say in November. Whether DeSantis tries to overturn their will again will be his call. If he does, Warren — I imagine(?) — might challenge it again, maybe starting out in Florida courts with a more clear case and without the Florida courts' ability to dodge it on timeliness again. (Which is what happened last time.)
Does Warren have a recourse? I understand the courts ruled that DeStalin could fire him.
