Both Texas's lawsuit and the Louisiana-led challenge to the LGBTQ protections went to conservative Trump appointees. Appeals would go to the Fifth Circuit.
Right now we have two branches of the federal government that have been badly compromised, and they are working together to hobble the third until (they hope) they can replace him with their own badly compromised guy.
I am beginning to think I should have followed my instinct and figured out someplace to immigrate that is more of a stable democracy.
“Friendly” is not the word I use to call-out Traitor Trump’s judges. In my blog “America’s Right-Wing Conspiracies”, these judges are “fascist” judges. The sooner we all get that, the easier it will be to resist them, remove them and him.
How can they defiantly ignore and flip off the new judicial rules of not assigning judges?
Who will hold them accountable, what is that process?
It's not surprising that the hateful Republican Christian Zealot Taliban has a problem with this, but come on.......these changes are not earth-shattering.
