Thank you for the excellent educational dive into the laws and politics surrounding abortion, and specifically by mail. I’m certain that SCOTUS will take the opening to create whatever abortion related results their faith requires while ignoring legal precedent and long standing FDA approval processes. That extreme position will merely reinforce the need to correct course by expanding SCOTUS and adding teeth to its conflict of interest rules. I’m hopeful the next Congress, Senate and presidency are not R controlled and have the will to correct the underlying laws that allow SCOTUS to take such extreme positions.
SCOTUS time limits and expansion should have been done YEARS ago. Now look at where we are at, and how would we ever get time limits and expansion with our current congress, specifically the house which is full of christians zealot radicals.
This county is on the brink of becoming the christain taliban, theocracy. I have zero faith in scoutus. Too many of them are directly tied to the Heritage Foundation in the Federalist society, they are bought and paid for. Too corrupt and too religious, massive conflict of interest, they do not care about the Constitution, our rights or our privacy.
I read in a medical article that roughly 10,000 men a year end up in the ER from Viagra, most likely cuz they never needed it to begin with or they took too much. A man can order Viagra from his couch without proof of ED, he doesn't need to go to the doctor, it will be delivered discreetly to his doorstep.
Chris, I appreciate all the work you have put into organizing this review and the panel. As a non American lawyer who has not followed this case except cursorily, it was not clear to me till near the end of the panel what all the issues are and how they fit together. This is clearly a case for the ages.
