If ANYONE is surprised by Judge Kacsmaryk’s decision, I’d really like to know why. He never hid his biases and had essentially telegraphed that he was going to do exactly this. The issue will inevitably and eventually reach the Supreme Court, where Justices Barrett, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh (and Roberts) are waiting.

Heh. The Spokane judge's opinion seems made precisely to hit the weak points of Judge K's argument. And the religious basis of the opinion couldn't be clearer: human life begins with zygote.
