The Court (7 of them anyway) had no difficulty blocking Kaszmo’s and then the Fifth Circus’s meddling with FDA pendente lite. So, perhaps they’re not completely bonkers. I think this will carry over to Judge Winmill’s (the Conscience of Idaho) and the en banc Ninth Circuit’s staying the Idaho law.
Sincerely appreciate your explanations although hard for me, a layperson to fully understand. Glad you are tracking this. I really really hope that President Biden will expand the supreme court and finally stop these interferences in the laws that affect women, and all Americans in the life and death situations. What a circus the first world nation has created.
Ohio legislature May move some or even most of legislation impacting trans youth out of committees tomorrow with some chance it will quickly come to the floor. However, Republicans are in disarray from Issue 1 vote so you never know.
