It's not like there is any doctor who will prescribe treatments without a thorough examination of the minor for signs of true gender dysphoria?

Arkansas's position is contrary to "parental rights"....... which of course is a guise anyway to create deliberate barriers preventing teenagers from accessing birth control and abortion.

Here we go again - lawyers and judges arguing about well-documented medical procedures. These people just won't quit until transexuals and their families are driven deep underground in order to carry on with PRIVATE medical decisions and attention.

Get those "re-education" and "conversion therapy" camps staffed and up and running, coz "freedom" is coming for you.

Perhaps I am being too conspiratorial or cynical, but I can't help but fear that the reason "justices could be waiting to see what happens in other circuits before acting on the petitions" is that the majority wants more cover before endorsing transphobia.
