You can make an argument WRT Roberts -- it will be difficult to make such an argument WRT Gorsuch or Thomas. Gorsuch hasn't the guts to buck the extremists and Thomas has no desire to. (I'd love you to prove me wrong -- or even better for them to prove me wrong when they actually make their ruling.)
