Astounding! The GOP - ready to blame the Iran War on the Jews - sues about antisemitism? Pure hypocrisy. The right wing, especially Richard Nixon, has always harbored the same casual bigotry as Trump: Jews are only good for lawyering and accounting.

As to the current DoJβ€”its blind loyalty to Trump, rather than the law or Constitution, has led to β€˜way below par attorneys. Coinky-dink?

I have a hypothetical for Flickinger:

Would an individual with 34 felony fraud convictions who has been credibly implicated in a massive child sex trafficking and sexual abuse ring find a way to permanently silence the leader of that ring whom he had once called his "good friend"?

You know, hypothetically speaking.

I'm not sure about that, but he would try to stay in power indefinitely in order to avoid accountability for his many, many crimes.

Not a hypothetical (probably.)

Sigh. And if any campus anti war protestor happens to mention Israel's role in this war, yet another excuse to cut funding to that campus.

There is a lot of important stuff happening, and you're doing wonderful work; but you sure seem to have gone silent on the project to render trans people stateless in their own country. As a subscriber, I'm kind of having some WTF moments over here. I know a lot is going on, and that you are one person doing his very best, and I appreciate you. Hopefully you will not find it inconsistent of me to be grateful for all you do, while still asking you to look a little more at issues concerning a large class of law abiding, rule following citizens who are being systematically denied equal protection and due process.

In the last few weeks he’s written several things about cases and policies affecting trans rights. what do you feel like would be more adequate coverage?

There are a number of extremely important cases that have gotten no coverage that I saw, especially one out of the 4th circuit that is absolutely shocking. I feel like pointing to some coverage from the past doesn’t address the worsening situation for trans people as it unfolds daily.

Bombastic to say the least. Thank God, if there is such a thing, that my father would not pay for me to go to law school. Instead an M.Ed would suffice, although I'd rather be in this fight. Get them, ASAP !!!

Thanks. I’m going to guess that the general public is mostly unaware of this disturbing news on DOJ & civil rights so I’ll re-stack it.
