More than three years after a jury's verdict, Trump is running out of options to avoid paying the woman who, a jury found in 2023, he had sexually abused and defamed.
Uh-oh, another sleepless night for Trump — expect furious screeds directed at Biden, Obama, Antifa, the deep state that created the heat wave in D.C., BLM, Muslims, Belgium, Spain and windmills.
I would still like to see some of these TRump functionaries (From his legal team right down to the guy operating the excavator that tore down the East Wing) get detained for their parts in his ongoing and broad conspiracy against the United States of America. Toss the underlings in jail. Lose their paperwork. Make it clear they are on their way to Gitmo or El Salvador.
Question from a non-lawyer -- are stipulations like contracts, where ambiguity gets interpreted against the party drafting the contract? The stipulation did not directly address a petition for a SCOTUS rehearing.
Trump is going to bomb Greenland now.
It’s about time (both meanings) and he should do time (just one).
Chris,
On a clear day you can see forever. E. Jean, beat Trump, like a rug.
Unless Scotus intervenes we can all be E. Jean and stick a fork in and call it done.
No Kings. Peace.
Christopher and family in Upstate SC

Is the $80+million defamation fine to be released soon also? Or is that a different case, different judge?
Same judge, different case.
How far along is the $80+ million judgement?
