The fear-mongering happened. Republican voters have been fed a diet of fear-mongering about alot of issues for decades. If it's not that, please tell us the actual reasons why 229 members of congress and 56 members of the Senate voted to overrule D.C.'s elected representatives on the topic of police reform?
Please remember you call yourself "independent" as you continue to write. Thanks.

is the attribution of fear-mongering as an accurate reason why congress engaged in a decision a fact or a characterization?

Once the Supreme Court gets its “hands” on that new gun law, it will toss it out.
SCOTUS will end up rejecting the AR-15 ban once it's fully litigated because "2nd amendment"? What about "states rights"? :(
