Aaron Parnas reported in substack this morning that according to his sources, IRS immunity for Trump and at least his older sons is still in effect from that so called settlement. Chris, is this true and what’s the legal vehicle for that to happen? Is there still some aspect of the settlement that’s in effect, even if it has no basis in law? Will someone have to file suit over that separately to challenge it in court?

Who? Who can claim real personal injury from this IRS immunity? Where’s the standing? Unless another judge finds fraud on the court, I’m thinking.
These guys (Tillis and Cornyn) are traitors but so are the other Republican senators. Counting on them was never a great idea.
