Thank you for the detailed explanation.

It is refreshing to find a Trump-appointed Judge that is actually doing their job and not being a fanatical partisan hack. Sadly. It’s also vanishing rare . . .

Absolutely refreshing. The Federalist Society must be beating its head against the wall for recommending her to trump.

I appreciated this article so much that I posted it on my Facebook page. They removed it and said it was spam under their definition! I have called for a review but they rarely actually review posts. You should notify them that they have taken down this article and it is censorship!!

we can argue that it's wrongful or in error but we can't argue that it's censorship because Facebook is not a government entity.

Censorship takes place in many areas of life. The definition of censorship is: "

1.

the suppression or prohibition of any parts of books, films, news, etc. that are considered obscene, politically unacceptable, or a threat to security.

"the regulation imposes censorship on all media"

Agreed. That place does censor all kinds of people. It's why I don't go around there much anymore.

Does the end of Chevron Deference mean each judge is required to form their own opinion of what the regulations should be?

Didn’t she originally have the case that led to the judicial inquisition of the plaintiffs’ lawyers?

Not originally, but, at one point, yes, she had one of the cases.
