Good summary of all the migrant court case activity this week.

Trump thinks he owns SCOTUS, which is why they don't seem to care about the lower courts. And SCOTUS has done little to refute this by its horrendous actions.

But very glad that Ozturk is being released.

will proceedings continue in immigration court and if so, which--VT? And will immigration court give "great deference" to Rubio's unsupported opinion that her presence "would compromise a compelling United States foreign policy interest."

She was being held in a LA ICE detention center near New Orleans that's well known as a logistical hub used for shipping people to CECOT to rot and die.
