This Administration has taken forum shopping to a new level, and the practice should by now be subject to sanctions.

So many legal twists to keep track of. Thank you for reporting this defense of democratic values.

Thank you Chris.

I've already been advised by 2 of my health care providers their systems were hacked, and all of my info was taken, including SS#, Medicare and TriCare.

No one or DoJ has any right to private medical info on anyone. Especially when they want to cause harm.

Now I’m waiting for the hearing. (DOJ certainly likes to go venue shopping.) I’m hoping you’ll follow up!

The importance of what they're fighting against is something that the general public still hasn't figured out. They all think that what happens to the trans community doesn't affect them. The truth is however that cases like these set a precedent. If they can get away with it, they can target any group they want. People are really still overlooking the big picture of what's happening.
