Let’s start calling them Moms for Hitler everywhere all the time.

The core issue remains the same as ever: nationwide injunctions. Justices Gorsuch, Alito, and Thomas have written about their opposition to these maneuvers by district courts. And yet ...

"any county in which the child of a member of Moms for Liberty resides"

I wonder how many of those children actually hate what their parents are doing.

The extreme efforts these women are exerting to ensure the rights of Trans and Gay kids can get violated with no protections, is spectacular.

Such an “anti-mom” thing to do.: Fight so vulnerable kids can get harassed easily with no consequences.

When my son was young, I was so busy working and trying to keep up with his homework and field trips, I had barely enough time to volunteer once a week in his school. Imagine what good these energetic Moms could be doing with all their extra energy, instead of fighting to support cruelty to kids who are not normative.

Maybe they should get jobs.

Nobody said they could tell other people’s kids what to do. They got it twisted.

Didn’t Moms for Liberty just open the door to discovery of their members if they came back with a request that the injunction apply to where every one of them lives?

This is so wrong. How can a group like this say they are fighting for children?

If Moms for Censorship don’t want their own children to read a book, that is their decision, but they do not have a right to censor books for other people.

I thought they changed their organization's name to Moms For Threeways.

Honest question - what happens if every like minded school official/teacher/etc in the affected districts decides - en masse - to ignore this (and similar) court order?

They risk (theoretically) getting held in contempt of court. Doing so almost definitely would lead to successful lawsuits against them too. On a more general scale that would signal generalised ignorance of the legal system - something which isn't necessarily a good idea.

I appreciate your earnest response. I was being somewhat unserious, I admit. I was mostly commenting on the bemusement I feel that we continue to take these court decisions seriously.
