Kudos to Cerin for explaining byzantine concepts in a very fun way. She's a riot.

This was an amazing Cerin. So Congress should do their job and be responsible for appropriations NOT the executive branch!

So my question is this: the Declaration of Independence provides that it is thd right and duty of the people to alter or abolish abusive power. These are pre-Congressionally provided. Article VI Clause 3 is the BINDING Oath Clause and then we have the Supremacy Clause.

Taking these 3 into consideration:

1. When the elected, appointed or hired break their oath by mindfully malicious, abusive or egregious over reach of the separate branch powers why are they afforded a judicially fabricated immunity that then shields this abuse?

2. If the Supremacy Clause is to be followed then all immunity falls away as the shield of the corrupt that it truly has become as the only immunity extended is legislative during debate of legislation.

3. The oath is a contract binding officials to the Constitution for them to exercise their borrowed authority of the sovereignty when this oath is broken from self serving malfeasance yhe contract is broken and the official should be removed without the privilege of immunity as there is none provided Constitutionally. If SCOTUS adheres to the belief that the Constitution is Lex Ultima then malicious administrations as this one should be labeled oath breakers and removed as domestic threats to the Constitution. My fear is that the Tree of Liberty may soon demand the second half of their natural manure. It's been fed the blood of patriots for generations.

I think the Republicans in Congress will be content to let the Supreme Court rule first before they “do” anything…. And then they will STILL do the WORST thing possible.

Nicely done, great explanations. We'll see if the Democratic Caucus can step up, I have no confidence that any of the Republicans will develop a spine, and unfortunately they only need a few Democrats.
