Conservative Judges like Kacsmaryk are acting like royalty. His arrogance is believing he can ban any abortion procedure all by himself. Kacsmaryk, Alito, Thomas, they're all mysoginest who want to drive women back to the 17th Century. They are totally corrupt evil men who, if given the chance, would bring back the stocks.

Add Cannon, female or not, she is as arrogant as they are.

What are Kacsmaryk’s authorities? Besides, one assumes, god’s.

Which laws apply? Apparently not a SCOTUS decision.

Is this a preview of the “rule of law” under Trump?

Okay, the Swamp Antidefamation League claims you're confusing swamps with wastewater detention ponds. And Matt is probably an insult to those ponds.

Is this a direct result of the lawlessness trickling down from Roberts refusing to impose binding penalties upon his own Justices? Alito and Thomas have gotten away with a plethora of improprieties that didn’t even get a hand slap. A lower court judge, exercising his 1st Amendment right to publicly criticise Alito, was forced to issue an apology for impugning Alito’s propriety. But Kacsmaryk, along with Canon in FL, are blatantly ignoring jurisdiction in their respective cases and continue to make it, seemingly, about what they personally believe, and not what the law says. Maybe I am not understanding what law they are utilising to determine their justification in rendering their positions, but aren’t they supposed to apply the law as it is written and interpreted by SCOTUS, as necessary, instead of applying their own interpretation, which is, again, seemingly, made up of whole cloth?

The conservatives think that liberals have no respect for them. The problem is, liberals respect the Supreme Court, and it saddens and angers us to see it so corrupted.

But it's the conservatives who truly have no respect for SCOTUS, as is so obvious from this action.

Chris isn't there something that can stop a completely rogue judge?

Judges like Kacsmaryk aren’t conservative. They’re right wing activists. And they have the support of SCOTUS way too often.

When is the judge going to Mar A Kissmyass? He desrves a lunch at least for this. Even DJT is impressed by this hateful paternalistic show of misogynism. Go ahead and tell us God wants it that way.

I expect DOJ to throw in the towel and enter into a consent order “requiring” FDA to revert to 2016 standards. Danco will oppose and FDA will happily comply.

I don't see this happening, even with Trump.

A reminder that Trump really doesn't give a damn about abortion, and thinks Republicans states are being idiots to continue pushing for more restrictions.

He genuinely doesn't care. But Bondi, who the hell knows.

Oh, the FDA will be under RFK Jr, who also doesn't care about abortion, only seed oils and raw milk.

And taking us back to pre-vaccination when children, and adults, died or were crippled by the millions of measles, mumps, tuberculosis, polio, rubella, etc. I am pretty sure RFK, Jr, would be advocating the same thing for smallpox had vaccines not eradicated the disease from the planet in 1980. Tuberculosis is still killing millions. I just can’t even see straight when anti-vaxers opine on the efficacy of vaccines. They almost get it when they say ignorant things like, “I don’t know why we’re still vaccinating for polio because I have never heard of anyone getting it.” Almost…
